More Than Small Talk: Mindful Meditation Hike
Hike the Horton Creek Trail with us!
We are going to hike to the top of the creek and capture fresh spring water right from the source (weather permitting of course). Reset your nervous system with a guided meditation and brain balancing technique and leave you feeling fresh and recharged!
- 10:00 am Meet at Horton Creek Trail head. https://www.fs.usda.gov/…/recreation/hiking/recarea/…
- Bring water and snacks, and prepare for weather accordingly. It will be shady and cooler but should warm up through out the day.
- Round trip is about 8 miles and takes a few hours to complete depending on what we do!
- It’s a beautiful hike following Horton Creek with water falls and gorgeous colors.
- We expect the group to be small and social distancing at its best! Please be respectful of others and helping us all to stay safe and healthy!
- *The guided meditation will be led by Mel Lehman RYT-200
- *Brain Balancing/Reset & Refocus technique led by Jayme Gunderson LMT, MindBody Consultant

Our mission is to re-connect with the presence of life itself. With so much changing in the world today we believe it’s super important to focus mindfully as we move forward together.
We live in a society that has become hyper-sensitively focused on the fear of lack and now it’s all we can see.
Just like when you buy a new car and then you see that car everywhere. It’s not that everyone went out and bought it too, it’s just really active in your awareness.
You nervous system will actually filter your environment to make you aware of what you focus on the most.
It’s not that there isn’t abundant well being available, it’s just not being focused into our lives as much as we’d like. Fear and lack have taken the spotlight and we think it’s time to change that!
Stress is your brain believing it doesn’t have the resources it needs to handle the situation it’s in that’s exactly why the more you connect with nature and the abundant well being of life the less stressed you feel!
