WHAT IS SUP YOGA?
To be put simply, it combines a variety of relaxing yoga poses with the joy and excitement of stand-up paddle boarding. Typically practiced in a large, calm, body of water. It’s a beautiful way to connect with nature, find your breath and really bring yourself into the moment.. but most importantly- IT’S FUN!!!

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
To have fun! You don’t need to be a yoga or paddle board expert to enjoy this experience… You don’t even need to stand up to have a great time! This is a light-hearted, “all in this together” type of activity! Be prepared to get a little wet, (yes, you may fall in, but thats OKAY!) so being comfortable on and in the water is important. We warm up with a paddle out, we anchor down, and we go with the flow
